Real life comics? Oh my!!

K, here is the thing....
Is there such a program (very lite) that will convert a normal pic to look like a cartoon, or even pencil?
say my gorgeos face, ok, ok
my face as a pic turned to look like a pencil drawing so I can make a comic?
Kinda hard to explain, but is there?
