Really like this new Zalman CNPS9500 CPU Cooler

Put this on my FX57 and played with Prime for awhile and the CPU temps under load dropped 10C. The reviews show it very close to H20 cooling. Another benefit is that it fits most if not all mobos and in a CoolerMaster Stacker case there is also room for window fans with filters that dump cool air right into the front of the coolers intake. Waiting for Corsair's release of their 4400 (DDR550)XMS Pro ram in about 2 weeks so I can drop the CPU multiplier and crank up the FSB. The CPU with the Zalman cooler has no problem reaching 3.0Ghz.

Its basically the same as the Zalman but the copper heat sink is within the case on the Asus - Maybe removing this case could get a few more degrees out of it?

 

One additional thing the Zalman does with its open design is cool the chipset cooler (pipe hearsink) that resides up by the CPU on the Asus premium board. The system temps also run 2C cooler.

 

Is that an 80mm fan though? Somehow I am thinking its 120mm

 

92mm and can't hear it over other system fans even on high.
