Really Weird Virus/malware

recently i have had alot of problems with my computer, the main problem is that i am having errors all over the place, especially with windows explorer (im running vista 32 btw) at first i isolated the problem down to my "temp" folder (C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Temp) the problem(s) were some .dll files that were first impossible to delete due to they would be locked to other processes so i installed 3rd party apps (unlocker etc) to unlock them, i finally deleted them but heres the weird thing...THEY KEPT COMING BACK.. in different names. for example i would delete wggpmsuo.dll and it would be good...10 seconds later dcdodyno.dll would appear, with that so would dboaxkmy.dll, jus a bunch of random .dll`s and sometimes bitdefender would ask me to allow or block some .dll`s (sometimes in \system32) everytime i try to delete them or anything my windows explorer keeps shutting down and i get all sort of errors. this is probably the weirdest case of a virus\malware ive ever seen...
