realtek ac97 noise trouble

i've been looking for this on the forums but i cannot find a sloution...that's why i'm writing this new thread....
i have a laptop with the realtek ac 97 sound card...and it's so noisy....when I amplify it...it's terrible...it's like some energy flowing...like an helicopter...I don't know how to describe it...the thing is this noise is driving me carzy and when i move the mouse or when i stop the music or audio applications the noise is so disturbing....

can you help me? i need to solve this problem pls

 

What type of laptop do you use? did you installed latest drivers?

 

Hey I have that crapy audio on my computer as well, it has a constant hum on it... I tried everything and just ended up getting another sound card... if you can for your laptop I dont know to much about laptops but use that sound card as a toy boat anchor and get a new card....
