It there a program for Win 10 that enables treble/bass adjustment for usb harman/kardon speakers? I can't find anything in my Realtek HD Audio Manager.

    Use the media player's equalizer.

Check out Equalizer APO. It's a universal program so works with sound from any source.
Edit: After installing it be sure to open the Configurator and check off the devices like headphones or other bluetooth speakers you want to use with it. If they are not selected then the sound won't be as robust as it should be. Also go ahead and turn the Gain up to 20. Get everything you can out of the sound card.

If you ever notice a drop in sound quality then always check the Configurator. Some Windows updates, Sound tweaks and driver updates you do will reset the Configurator options.

Sorry to kind of heckle you in a help thread but I don't see how that will help with sound on Youtube (or any other website/app) and Windows Media Player seriously sucks. Always has. For example it tries to control your library instead of letting you control it and will make an absolute mess out of your music/media collection.

I would suggest at least looking into a better media player. I think pretty much everyone would agree it will save you time and headaches in the future because again, WMP sucks.
