Realtek hd driver failure

Hi,

I have similar problem, but i have done these above steps, still it showing the same problem

Hi

Have moved your post from the old thread here as it may not be the actual fix you needed as your PC maybe a different motherboard than the one listed by the other poster and you also maybe running a different Windows version.

While the problem maybe similar there are many factors that may cause using other advice posted specifically for another users PC wont work on yours.

So we would need some information from you as in the below.

1. What windows version you using?
2. Is your PC an OEM built one like from DELL, HP, Sony etc, if so what model is it.
3. If your PC is a home build what Motherboard make and model is it?

To find this info you can use the likes of Everest to find this info, at times a summary log of your PC can help, to do this

Install Everest and run
Click Report (top menu) > Report Wizard > Next
Choose All Pages > Next
Choose Plain Text > Finish and wait for report to generate
Click Save to File and leave the File Name as Report, then click the Save as Type dropdown and choose Report files (*txt) and click Save (n.b. Save to desktop is best as easy place to find it, use Browse to locate desktop)

Then attach your log to your next post as per these instructions HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post
