Realtek - tecra m7 audio driver

I've been looking for this for ages but can only find the XP and below drivers, any help would be greatly appreciated please.

Realtek High definition audio driver (with ec) for tecra m7 running windows 7.

Need to know if your Win 7 is 32-bit or 64-bit, and if your M7 is the plain vanilla version, or if it's an M7-S7311, M7-S7331, or an M7-ST4013.

 

Its an M71E and win 7 is 32 bit.

 

Ok, try going to this page, accept the license agreement, download the R2.52 .exe, and adhere to the following:

Step 1. Run the setup.exe program to start the installation.
Step 2. Click on [Next] to continue the procedure. If the Windows popup "Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software" message, press "Install this driver software anyway" to continue the installation.
Step 3. Finally, select "restart the system" and press [Finish] to complete the installation.

Thank you for the solution, but I'm afraid it didn't work.
It installed as it should, but there is still no sound coming out my speakers.

 

Did the driver install correctly? Are there any flags in Device Manager?

Do headphones work?

Not familiar with the Tecra, and the user manual download died on me - do you have external audio outputs? You could try a discrete set of speakers for troubleshooting.

Also: did Win 7 come installed on your machine, or is this an upgrade? Is there a restore partition?
