Reboot Helper Removal Help

    Hi,
    I am getting the following window when I boot up my pc:
    Reboot Helper
    If the installation cd is not in the cd drive insert it now.
    I ran hijackthis. The results are below. Please advise on how to remove this item. Windstream (formerly AllTel) was recently added to the pc.
