I always use Superantispyware as it always does the job.

Today I ran the software on a heavily bugged pc in safe mode as admin, did a scan, quarentined all that it found, clicked finish, then restarted the machine so as to complete the cycle.

After rebooting again in safemode this time the "Admin" user's icon is changed, it's not left open with a blank spot as a password. I try to click on the closed Admin Icon it says "Loading" it glitches for a second, then it says " saving configuration" and it generates an account list to choose from all over again basically not allowing me to select and sign in as Administrator.

I don't know if running the program as admin in safemode removed some critcal files or what. I'm using windows Xp if anyone has any suggestions I can really use the help.

    Thank you

    Joe:confused

I rebooted and went to setup and the password for admin is blank so it should let me log on as admin.... I don't get it:cry

Did you manage to boot the computer and can you then restore what SAS removed the last go round?
