What is it that you are trying to tell us? If you are saying Spy Sweeper is good, we already know that and constantly recommend and have done so for two years. And have your read the sticky threads! This one in particular:

That's true! But it is a 15 trial that will fix problems and it gives a useful log for manual cleanup if necessary. SpySweeper no longer has a trial that fixes anything and logs are not really too useful for manual cleanup.

As I said! We already recommend SpySweeper to be the best. However, since SpySweeper no longer officially has a trial version that will fix anything and CounterSpy still has a 15 day trial, that is why SpySweeper is not in the sticky.

In addition, after 15 days the trials (for all) expire and people have used them can no longer get any of the trial software to fix any problems. Thus, since the sticky is meant to help everyone fix as many problems as possibe, tools like CounterSpy, Ewido, and SpySweeper are not put into the READ ME as the main tools. They would not do anyone who has not purchased them much good other than giving them a list of a ton of possible problems.
