Recommendations?

Someone I know wants to get a 7900 but isn't sure whether he would need to upgrade any other hardware so it runs without problems.
He just wants to be able to play BF2 and maybe that new Elder Scrolls Oblivion game for pc (which has high demands) and other high-end next gen games. He already has a good cooling system so he won't have to worry about overclocking.

Here are his current specs:

Pentium 4 CPU 3.00ghz 3.01 oc'ed
1GB RAM
Asus P5GDC PCIe (not sure of actual name)
350 Watt power supply
Current vid card is an ATI X700 PCIe

He found out about the new 7 series cards and wants one really bad so I just want him to be prepared if he needs to upgrade something else.
A lot of people have recommended or gotten an AMD 3700 with their 7900, but I think for now he just wants to get the card if it will work fine with the processor he has now.

He needs a much beefier Powr Supply, 500-550w would be best.
