    Have a Presario 061, XP Home SP3. Hard drive factory fat32 partitioned for recovery: C: 88.3GB 80% free, (Recovery) D: 7GB 5% free.

I've attached the specifics from diskeeper and system information.

Should I be concerned? And if so, what options are available to resolve the lack of free space?

Unsure if this is the appropriate place for next two questions.
Should I be defragging the recovery disk? Right now, that's not possible because of the lack of free space. Please advise.

Lastly, How normal is it to have several hundred fragments and over a thousand excess fragments in a given day's operation?

Thanks to all who review and respond.

Leave the recovery partition alone. That is used incense you need to reinstall windows. I hate them as you loose space and they are useless if you drive fails.

I wish they went back to giving discs.

I can see you having hundreds of fragments a day depending on usage.

If you able to I would buy some DVD's and make a backup of the recovery partition.
