Hey all recently I have been looking at the locations that super anti-spyware scans and noticed an interesting one here.

I tried searching this location couldn't find it at all. What exactly is this recycle.bin cache? After I empty my recycle bin do items actually get deleted or are they stored somewhere then after a certain period they get permanently deleted?
How could I find this location on my disk?

The Recycle Bin is Temporary storage for files and folders that have been deleted.
The purpose is to give you the opportunity to Restore something that you may not want to be permanently deleted.

It is a Hidden System folder and will not be visible unless you have configured the OS to make those type of files and folders visible.
It can not be accessed directly like normal folders.

Once something has been removed from the Recycle Bin, it is considered permanently deleted and can not be recovered
    except with special recovery software.

Microsoft Support: How do I make the Recycle Bin appear on my desktop in Windows Vista or in Windows XP?

My desktop recycle bin is empty. Where can I find the cache recycle bin after I enabled show hidden objects?
