   Recycle Bin Private First Class

   i don't know why you would want to do a silly thing like that but here
   
   1. Right-click the Recycle Bin on the Desktop and select "Properties" from the menu that appears.
   
   2. Uncheck the "Display delete confirmation dialog" box.
   
   3. Click Apply.
   
   4. Click OK.
