Red Square, Green Circle, Blue Triange in Box

    If anyone has a good process for correcting this problem I would be appreciative in following it. It does not happen all the time and my searches are not giving me a fix that is working.

    What Windows version are you using?

    Where do you see this icon, is it in your browser, if so which one you using?

    What type of webpage are you on as this could show up in an icon in top left corner for a flash or shockwave video/animation that you dont have the plugins for, both are HERE and HERE

    may also be JAVA so Java Runtime is HERE

    As you have gone through the malware read me in the past then you should still have CCleaner, so run its cleaner to clean up temps and cookies with the browser windows all closed and then try again.
