Redirect??

Came home from work and multiple window were open on desk top saying:

System message - write fault error
A write command during the test has failed to complete. This may be due to a media or read/write error

When I close them all a window is open for S.M.A.R.T Check and there several error messages. It also has a button in the lower right corner to start a trial version.

I can't close it or do anything else. Nothing on the start button works. I was going to go through the tutorial on malware removal but I can't even get to the control panel.
