Delete using d then create a new partion, if your wanting to erase everything.

Go to the website of whoever made your motherboard, video card, etc - and download the newest drivers for your chipset and other hardware.

Avoid the ASUS site, though . . . the news links on the MG front page indicate the ASUS site has been hacked. You can also get drivers from the sites of the actual manufacturers of your motherboard chipsets and video gpu, etc.

Not able to help much with wireless issues . . . I'm still a hardwired individual . . . lol. You could google your adapter type, and see what comes up as far as drivers and driver issues go, I guess.

If you have an older motherboard, you probably won't need many drivers for your chipset - XP has drivers built in for older boards. Also, I just realised that you are using a recovery CD - if it's a factory recovery CD you won't need any drivers for the board, as it will put the PC back to the way it was when it left the factory - sorry, I'm a bit slow today. You will only have to download drivers if you want updated ones. Now, with any componant that has been added to your computer since it was new (like your wireless adapter, perhaps?) you would probably have to deal with one by one and find the drivers on-line if you don't have the driver disks that came with the particular device in question.
