   Can anyone tell me after i reinstalled Windows XP why now it says it can't find my modem now? or where do i got to ffind this out? please help me

   Well, did you update the drivers? Typically in your control panel and go to system for advanced hardware OR phone and modem options and update the drivers. You should have a CD or floppy disk, otherwise, you need to go to the manufacturers website to get these.
