hi guys first of all i'm going to introduce myself, as i'm new here. i'm paulo,31 from portugal. this is the problem i get, maybe malware or virus related seriously don't know.

when i open them they close after a few seconds. i also cant access windows security center or windows firewall or add/remove programs cuz it gives me this weird rundll32.exe. kaspersky internet security 6.0 tells me i have a virus and it tells me av.exe itself (kis main file has a virus too). i thought formatting the pc would solve this eventually, but the virus remains, it causes my computer to crash with BSODS (blue screens of death), when i try to execute a programs it says either the file is corrupted and has been modified or it crashes.

i have the weirdest errors like when i start windows xp it logs in and then automatically it logs off after a few seconds. i dont know what kind of virus this is, but it seems kaspersky 6.0 doesnt seem to be able to delete. once i start kaspersky it goes crazy with reports of virus and it says i have to delete lots of files, even windows system files, when i dont delete the file it asks to delete another one and so on, lots of files with virus. i ran ewido and online antivirus like trend micro and kaspersky and they detected nothing, nor virus or spyware. somebody please help, i'm going crazy here.

i'll post 2 of my most recent my hijackthis logs

hope you guys can help me out

    thanks in advance

    Hi Picollo, welcome to MajorGeeks.com.

Please follow the instruction below to the letter and if you are still having problems then post up the logs requested as indicated below. An Authorized Malware Fighter will assist you as soon as possible.
    ------------------------------------

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above and you still have a problem, make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below thread to properly use HijackThis and attach the log:

    Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis
    • Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around..
When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:
    • CounterSpy Log - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users
    • AVG Antispyware Log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy. - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users
    • Bitdefender Log - from step 6
    • Panda Scan Log - from step 6
    • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
    • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
    • HijackThis Log
NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
