Regedit won't run!

Hi I have the 'Jump' virus where i search on google and when I click on the link it jumps to an unrelated site. Having done some research I have found there is a key in the regedit that might help if I deleted it.

I have tried to run regedit from the 'run' thing on the start menu, but when I try it just does nothing, is there another way of accessing regedit?

Any help would be great

 

Jump virus and lack of use of certain functions

Hi I have been getting redirected from google when I click on a link and get a tab saying 'Jump' as it happens, I found one thread that told me to remove a key from my regedit but this was not possible as regedit from the run part of start menu does not work.

I have been through all the malware removal bits on this site but a couple didn't work at all i.e combofix just ended up giving me a blue screen crash and for some reason I cannot choose the option to show hidden files anymore. and Mgtools didnt finish either.

I'm also getting strange things like having to right clic on c:\ if i want to view it and go to explore rather than double clicking and the address bar in explore not showing at all even if checked either, its all very odd.

Any help on any of these things would be great.

I've attached the logs of the ones I did manage to do.
