Regional Settings

    I was trying to install a Japanese version of a MMORPG. But I had this problem while installing:

    _____: Main App
    ___: App Executables
    ____:
    ___: The file of the path is not specified

    Something like that. Then I searched the websites for answers and found out that I have to change my Regional Settings to Japan. They also talk about non-unicode..It's on WinXP I think. Problem is that OS is win98 so I did not have the Japan option. I've German, USA and many other countries. Is there a patch or something that can enable my computer to set to Japan?
