Registry error!!!

I can't do anything unless I'm in safe mode! My comp Cuts windows off and gives me a blue screen with registry error on it. After that I can only manually restart. Is there any hope?

 

By the way I can only use my iPod for Internet

Wiped hard drive. Reinstalled windows. Everything looks good so far. Any recommendations?
