I got the virus I had, but it has done some thing to my registry values. I can't locate the file on my PC. I just need to know how to get to this location:

    software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\explorer\noactived

There are more, but if I can find one I can find them all. Do I delete these entries or will it negatively affect my PC?

You really need to continue with the instructions in this open thread of yours here >>>> http://forum.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=100693&page=2 in which Chas is giving you the instructions needed to remove the malware on your PC, if you deviate from those instructions and go it alone, you may cause more problems, especially if your not used to editing the Registry.
