   After repeated attempts in the "ADOBE" WEB PAGE in trying to reinstate "flash9" into by win98se system, I started recieving the following error.
   
   " The download.exe file is linked to missing export "Kernal.Dll" verify version info A". Anybody have a idea as what I can do. Thank you ahead of time
