Relocation

Keep your fingers crossed for me!

I'm waiting to find out the status of the mortgage application for the condo I want.

I moved back home 2 years ago, which was fine for a while, but at *gulp* almost 27 :cry I want my own space. And I'm tired of renting.

It's the cutest place! 2 br/1.5 ba with a large eat-in kitchen with tons of counter/cabinet space. It's a top floor corner unit with a balcony overlooking trees at the back of the complex. It's super quiet, and the complex has a pool, basketball court, and playground areas for when I have the neices and nephews over. Everything in it is new, from the carpeting to the appliances to the plumbing.

and if for some reason it doesn't, don't say you live with your parents, say your roommates are a couple you've known your whole life.
