Remember geek monthly???

Hey has anyone heard of the big debacle over 'GEEK MONTHLY' magazine? (I made a few posts back when they stopped sending out issues.)
I was a LOYAL subscriber from issue #2, and I became frustrated when I had to pay 40.00 for a year's subscription, only to find cards in the issue 2 months later saying you could get a year for 19.95! On top of that, as you may have heard, the magazine stopped sending issues to subscribers with no warning around the end of 2009. I know some few lucky ones got the last two issues, including a Twilight issue, but I never got them. My issues ended at Sep. 2009! I emailed the company multiple times, one time getting a 'digital' issue of Nov. 2009, but never getting any other paper issues or a refund.
Well, if it is true that they went bankrupt and shut down production of not only 'Geek Monthly', but also 'Play' magazines, why am I seeing posts like THIS on ebay? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Geek-mag-20...220685059312?pt=Magazines&hash=item3361dac4f0
I am beyond pissed off if they think they can keep selling thier magazine overseas, but not to the thousands of loyal subscribers they left high and dry here in the states!!! WTF???
