    Guys!

I am able to remote connect to another machine on our network. But my boss wants me to find a way that I can send a user a pop-up asking for permission to log onto their machine and fix the machine without logging them off.

Example: If a user calls me up to asking me they have a problem with printing a doc, I want to be able to go into their computer and check the printer settings etc without logging them off etc. with them watching me working. But instead of them going though Outlook to email me an invite, I want to say OK click "Accept" or something like that to be given permission to work on their computer.

    Possible?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.
