Remote support invitation - repetes

Every 1 - 2 hours my computer is online, i get a mail with an invitation to give remote support to my freund. It started after the last time i offered support on 25.3.2007.
I would very much like to know how to solve this problem.

It would be a Very big help if you would be kind enough tp expiain what you used to provide the help?
How you used it, and or, any other technical info thta will help us to understand what you did and how did you set it up.

Here it is.

My freund an I boot have Win XP and uses Windows Messinger. Only, so that i can see his monitor and correct him over telefon.
I received the invitation in MS Outlook and it was send to me via Outlook Expres.

Now, the invitation mail comes every time my computer is turned on.
I have been looking on the server via webmail, and there is no messages left there.

When you pick an eMail with Outlook it is saved on your computer. Delete it from Outlook Express and if it is not on the server anymore it would be gone.
