   I have tried everything to remove Aurora but it's still driving me crazy. I went to the website listed below and followed the instructions and have not been bothered yet by a stupid Aurora pop-up. Please tell me (if you know) if these steps have removed the virus, or if I have just created a better way for it to hide.

   I don't think it will fix all variations that we have seen. It does not find all the possible files and does not stop, disable and delete the files associated with a system service that is often found. Leaving the service running will allow it to recreate itself.
   
   It also will not work for people who did not install Windows into the C:\windows folder.
   Many people use a differnt folder name. Some even use a different drive letter.
