remove files

Hi,
I tried to install eset antivirus but it didnt install properly. I then went into add/remove to uninstall but it wasn't there. I do have an eset folder in program files and also in program data that i cant remove. Message says files are in use. I tried unlocker but that says they are not locked. How can i remove these files?? Thanks for any help.

 

Try removing after going to safe mode first.

You may want to run ccleaner to clean the registry of any odd eset remnants. Yes, backup before cleaning.
