Remove stubborn virus

Hi Folks,
I'm glad I found this forum. I went through all the steps outlined in the read +run first post. I am trying to attach my scan results but the "manage Attachments" button does not show up under misc options. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What browser are you using?

Trying run CCleaner to cleanup the junk files, close the browser and try again.

 

Thanks for your quick reply. I'm using ie as browser, just ran ccleaner and still cannot attach scan results. "Manage attachments" button is still missing under misc options. Your help is greatly appreciated.

 

Just to be sure, click on the button http://forums.majorgeeks.com/images/buttons/reply.gif at the top left of this screen. When the page loads, look for the box where you input your message, just below this box under Additional Options there should be the "Manage Attachments" button.

Just want to make sure you're not clicking " Quick Reply ".

 

Thanks for your response. I'm clicking on post reply, but the manage attachments button is still missing.

 

For now, just paste your logs inline and I will attach them for you.
