Remove trojan horse dropper

My AVG scan over the last week has regularly shown trojan horse dropper coming up, it says it has healed and protected me, but it keeps flashing up in the scans.

I looked at your read and run me first section and have attached some of the logs here.

TDSSKiller came up with no threats.

 

Since I ran these programs yesterday - AVG hasn't come up with any trojans in a scan. Here is TDSS log. And I think the MG one too (hope this is the right file)
