Removed lots of viruses through the read me steps but computer is still running slow

    OK, my computer started having this weird popups saying that I had viruses which I knew not to click, but then I also knew that I had a virus. This happened yesterday. I ran AVG and I assumed that it caught all of them, but it didn't. Today there had been none of the popups, but the computer has been running very slowly. I figured I should try to find out why, so I came here and followed the read me first, and the scanners caught many more viruses. It seems like my computer is still running slower than usual though, so here are my logs. Thanks for any help.

    It appears as thought the scans took care of the malware....let's just do some cleaning up:

    Run thisDisable/Remove Windows Messenger to remove Windows Messenger. Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.

    Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it. This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

    Now Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
    Now use windows explorer to find and delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\SwSys1.bmp
    C:\WINDOWS\swsys2.bmp

    Now tell me how things are running.
