RemoveIt pro v4-se

    Hello All,
    I ran RemoveIt today for the first time in months and it came up with a threat
    Sys32.dxtmsft3 Could someone please tell me if it is OK to remove. At one time i removed something that i shouldn't have and caused problems. A google search said it did not match any documents. Any help would be great.

    I have never been a big fan of RemoveIt! Too many false positives for me. This detection is a false positive. If you look at the properties of the dxtmsft3.dll file (probably in c:\windows\system32 or c:\windows\system - depending on your OS), it will probably show you it is part of DirectX. More than likely just an older version of DirectX.

    Thanks Chaslang thats what i was afraid of. I am getting rid of RemoveIt now.
