Removing Anti-keylogger

I downloaded a program called Anti-Keylogger a few months ago because I thought I might have a keylogger on my laptop. The program never found keyloggers, and when I tried to remove it, the uninstall process didn't work.

I tried a number of ways to remove it, but based on my research, I will need to reinstall Vista or upgrade to Windows 7 in order to properly remove the Anti-Keylogger program.

Has anyone else successfully removed this program when the regular uninstall process fails, or will I have to install/upgrade Windows?

and they do have a toll free support number.
I'd call and see if they offer a cleanup/removal tool. Some security products do because they are very hard to clean off a computer.
