Removing bitsprx, bitsprx2 and bitsprx3?

Hello there. I hope I have done everything right up until now...

Regularly run SpyBot and Adaware (great programs) and recently bought ESET NOD32. Last week I was browsing the internet when I believe I underwent a browser hijack. I am redirected to search websites I don't want, and occasional bubbles from my taskbar appear asking me to 'click now' for obscure 'fixes'.

A few moments ago, NOD32 discovered bitsprx.dll in my system32 folder and could not delete it. In the system32 folder I also see bitsprx2.dll and bitsprx3.dll (which I guess are also 'nasties'.) I cannot delete bitsprx manually in normal or safe mode.

If anyone is available to help it would be very very kind. Thank you for reading.

Apparently you did as they are not showing in your ShowNew log ....only this instance is showing which you should delete:
C:\Documents and Settings\TheCaptainKeys\Desktop\bitsprx.doc

Your GetRunKeys log is empty so:
Download the attached GetRunKeys.zip file into your I:\MGtools folder. Extract the GetRunKey.bat file from the ZIP file into the I:\MGtools folder thus overwriting the current version that is there.

Now run the I:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new I:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this.
