   I am unable to remove norton anti-virus, it was pre-loaded onto the pc when I purchased it. No uninstall option anywhere, even under add/remove programs in the control panel, there's no option to have it removed... I don't know what to do and the program causes more problems than it does good, would anyone know what I could do? Thank you.
