Removing program

    A few months ago I installed Nokia Ovi Player Comes with Music program on my Windows 7 computer only to find out that it does not work with W7 but Ok with Vista. I removed most of the programs as shown in Control Panel, Programs, Add Remove section, but two still remain. How can I remove them. The message is "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can remove these two programs please.
    I have installed the Nokia Ovi Player on my small Fujitsu which has Vista OS and trying to get it to work on that.

    Hi

    What are the names of the two application components left over from OVI in Add/Remove?


    Try uninstalling them in safe mode (tap F8 at boot and choose Safe Mode) or try running Revo Uninstaller and see if that can uninstall these left overs.

    If the above removes it, you may like to try the latest version OVI 2.1 as its Windows 7 compatible HERE

    At times running an application in Compatability Mode helps.

    Thanks for your help. Safe mode did not work but the Revo program did. Can you let me know where I can find the backup it does before going through the process of finding the stray registry items as I may have deleted too many.
    There are two Nokia items left which I have not deleted yet

    Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver and
    Nokia Home Media Server
