In the malware removal process it says to delete all quarantined files from Norton, or another antivirus program. I have Norton 360, which is not included in the linked tutorial. Can somone give me a quick run through, i'm sure it's easy, but I just can't figure it out. I found the files that it detected, but my only option is to "restore." Hmm. Thanks! :)

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Since I don't use it (none of us do) we really cannot not offer any guidance there except to say read the help pages. Don't they also give a function like Purge or Delete?

Are you trying to run the READ & RUN ME because you have malware problems? If so, don't get stuck here. If you cannot figure out how to do this, just continue.

No, the only function I can find is "restore." I've tried to search help files, but am having no luck. I'll continue on with the process, thank you for the help.
