It's by XELERATE software, I installed this months ago thinking it was for security, but I think it is a keylogger.

Whatever...when I installed, it said to make a key disk, I didn't know how to do this so thoght I'll come back when I have time and figure it out. But now I am unable to access the software because it asks for a password! I don't recall ever designating a password!! So now I can't remove this software. Help.

Try opening your control panel and go to add remove programs. Maybe you can uninstall it from there?

TimW, it says in the user guide "please do not contact tech. support if you have no key disk and do not know your password, they will be unable to help."

I have heard of sites where you can access passwords....will that work?

    Thanks for all replies.

It clearly states in the product details what it does:
If you didn't make a key disk, then the only way to remove the software is to restore the computer way back to before this was installed or do a clean install of your OS,
