   I'm trying to create 1 cd or maybe 2 which have the most needed items for troubleshooting a clients computer. I would like to know what most people think would be essential programs. I am already planning on including Adaware, Antivir, AVG, Spybot, HJT. Is there anything you might think would be a necessity?
