Replacing HD - which screws to take out?

Since my HD died on me, I'm replacing it. I have an Inspiron 8100 and am having trouble figuring out what to unscew to take the drive out of the caddy. One side has the IMB label with 6 screws. The other side has four screws.

I'm guessing I undo the 4 screws to take out the HD. Undoing the other 6 screws simply takes the top off to see inside (the pieces and disk, etc..).

    Am I right?
