reputable hardware reveiw sites

Im just wondering if some of yall could list webistes in two categories

1) webistes that have good, solid, non fanboy reveiws of motherboards, cpus, etc. another sub set area Im intrested in "non biased" reveiws of things like the latest intel chip vs the latest amd. latest ATI vs Nivida...

2) sites that have good deals on equipment. Im already aware of these three, so if yall know of any ones other than Newegg, Tigerdirect, pricewatch, Id appreciate that.
