Greetings! I have read and done all as requested in the Read Me First Section for malware help. My pc is infected I'm sure....the main problem is with pop-ups that take control over the pc. Within like 30 to 40 seconds I get flooded with 40 to 60 popups! My head is spinning! I downloaded the needed scans as instructed so I will begin here by giving this info:
1) ALL scans were run in Normal Boot Mode - because my pc will not allow me to get into Safe mode. 2) the bdscan - I had to do this in 2 sections and they are labeled bdscan.txt1 and bdscan.txt2. Reason: After the bdscan ran for about 75 minutes it would die and shut off in the blink of an eye. So after 6 attempts I figured it out that I stopped the scan just befor it turned itself off and saved that txt and then re-started the scan where I left off at and saved that scan as the second part. This was the only way I could get bdscan txt files. So instead of attaching 6 files for your review....I will be submitting 7.

Please do not create multiple threads for you problem. All messages should be posted in one thread. I merged your three threads back into one.

You have a bunch of problems. Let's begin with the below.

First you need to rerun CounterSpy and this time Quarantine or Delete what it finds. Last time you had it Ignore everything which defeats the purpose of running it. Save and attach a new log.

Download this file - combofix.exe

Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

When finished, it will produce a log for you. Attach this log to your next reply

Note:

Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

Now attach the below new logs and tell me how the above steps went.

The above is just a start. You have more to do some don't expect things to be perfect yet!
