It would be a lot more useful if you told us what problems you are having.

Right now all I have to say is you missed a few things:

you forgot to attach the log from CounterSpy

you need to uninstall the below two item as requested in step 0:

Viewpoint Manager (Remove Only)

Viewpoint Media Player

Also you need to uninstall the below old Sun Java versions & get the current version as requested in step 6:

J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 4

Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03

Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_05

Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_06

I will repeat the link for the current version of Sun Java: Sun Java Runtime Environment
However it looks like you downloaded it but did not install it yet. So just uninstall all of the above old versions, reboot, and then install the new version.
