Request reliable online Pay-4 pc repair help

Hi

Any links to reliable online pay 4 help is appreciated. They can look at my pc from theirs and possibly figure out the problem

About once a week I get a partial freeze online..... curser starts moving slow and jerkey.

Like there is a conflict in the programs. Then it takes several min. to log off for reboot.

Seems the Acrobat e help may be the culpert, since when ctl, deleted is used it shows up as being unable to end that program. I am not knowlegable enough to troubleshoot.
