Requesting Help

Hello,

Although I was not present for this, my parents had a situation come up that sounds like a popup mimicking a BSOD. They called the phone number and spoke with some ET Solutions LLC company and they allowed this company to remote in. I do not know by which method.

Regardless, I'm hoping someone can peruse these logs and tell me if there is anything I need to get rid of.

Thanks for responding, it's much appreciated. Luckily they ended the call once the topic of payment came up.

I would rather not remove Teamviewer as it's what I use to remote in and help them - do you think it's okay to keep it or can you suggest something else.

I manually removed all registry entries that Hitman picked up except for the Mobogenie items which are still reflecting. It appears this is linked to their Kobo device and I don't want to disable any functionality. Do you think that's okay?
