Reset time

    OP: Win XP/current sp's

    My system locked, and would not turn off. Screen "Windows in shutting down" stayed on. Would not respond to any eternal controls, or even a hot boot (terminology)? Turned off entire unit and restarted.
    Screen came up with choices for restarting, such as default, using F keys. Never saw that before.
    Got system to load after several minutes.
    Date/time incorrect. Went to control panel, selected "set date/time." Date change successful, time zone change successful, however time will not change from AM to PM. Using scroll shows time changes, and figure of clock changes.
    Drop back 20 and punt? Not sure what to do?
