    Good evening,

I've recently bought a SAMSUNG LE40A557P2FXXU hdtv and so far it's been great!

However, i've just tried to connect my Acer 8920g notebook to it via hdmi and i can't seem to find a resolution for it - everyone i try is either too big, too small or too blurry. The resolution is supposed to be 1920x1080 i think, as it's a 1080p tv. But that is too big.

Can anyone please help me? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Many Thanks,

P.S - I'm trying to find my resolution through nvidia control panel if that's any use.

You need to find out what the max resolution that the monitor can accomodate. My card can use higher res than my monitor can, so I am stuck at 1024x768.
