Restart problems

Hey ya'll...thought you could help me out here. My computer wouldn't login yesterday morning. It loads to the login screen (I'm running windows xp, service pack 2), I put in my password, and then after it starts loading for a couple of seconds, it restarts.

I ran it in safe mode and ran ad-aware, norton av, spy sweeper, and hijackthis. None of the programs found anything significant. It was acting a bit slow the night before when I was working with some photos that were very large files. I just figured it was trying to process all the info and just taking longer.

So now I'm at a lost of what to do. I'd prefer to fix it myself before I take to the store I bought it at and have them fix it with my warranty...I really don't like other people handling my computer.

I've been searching online for solutions but haven't had any luck yet - any ideas??

 

Nope - no new programs or drivers... I only have been using my computer lately to type papers and edit photos since I have been busy with school and work.

Could I have killed something when I was working with that photo? I had it at 6000dpi and that is when it started working slower....and after that shutdown is when all this started happening....I have no idea.
